Mothers Day isn't just about remembering and celebrating your mom for one day out of the year but it's also about recognizing her mom as well as your dad's mom. Though we typically forget about them and focus the majority of our attention on our moms on Mother's Day, grandmothers are mothers too and they deserve a little recognition on as well. So grab a pretty bouquet of flowers or the latest bestselling novel and tuck a little note in it to hand-deliver or have delivered to the grand moms who made your parents possible. Though they aren't as popular as Mothers Day cards for your mom, Mothers Day cards for your grandmother do in fact exist and are easily found. That doesn't mean that you should just pick up the nearest generic card from your local pharmacy, slap your name on it, and then mail it to your grandmother. Instead spend a bit of time choosing a card that really conveys a heartfelt thought and then concoct the perfect message to let your grandmother know that she is important and special to you every day of the year but that you especially appreciate her on Mothers Day.
